Wild Technologies has created this return policy in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to your satisfaction. The following discloses the return policy for purchases made from: Wild Technologies

Services

All services are subject to a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the quality of service you have received, it is your obligation to notify us within 48 hours of the problem. If we are unable to rectify the problem within one week to your satisfaction, then we will refund your service fee for that month.

New Purchases

If you have purchased new equipment from us, then you are covered by a 30 day warranty against failure. Additional warranty coverage is available from the Manufacturer. If you are dissatisfied with the item purchased, then returns within the first 30 days are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee, if they are received in new condition. Software returns are subject to additional restrictions.
It is your obligation to contact us about the return policy for each software package before purchase.

Used Purchases

If you have purchased used equipment from us, then you are only covered by the terms agreed on at the time of purchase. Some
Items may be guaranteed against DOA failure. Some Items may have no guarantee and may be sold as-is for parts or repair only. Please verify the return policy on used items before purchase.

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control.
While we will endeavor to maintain current backups of all data related to services offered there may be times when this
